The Mission
Together, we will help the local church present every man in America with a credible offer of the gospel, encourage them to pursue God, and equip them for spiritual service in the home, workplace, community and world.

To identify and equip a men’s leadership team in every willing church in America who wants to build a disciple-making ministry to men.
Values
Because we fear God and seek only His glory and will, because we desire to honor the Lord Jesus Christ in all we do, because we sense the Holy Spirit desires spiritual revival and awakening, and because we believe the Christian men’s movement will prosper in direct proportion to how the leaders of the movement are in right relationship with God and right relationship with each other, we affirm the following values:
Brotherhood
We affirm that the Scriptures declare reconciliation must precede worship (Matthew 5:23-24); and that where brothers live in unity, there the Lord bestows His blessing, even life for evermore (Psalm 133:1,3). Jesus said that all people will know we are his disciples if we love one another (John 13:35). Therefore, we resolve to become to each other what we want the church to become. We will seek to become a visible demonstration of what is happening in the kingdom of heaven.
Unity
We affirm that in the Scriptures Jesus prayed for His followers to become one, just as He and the Father are one. “May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me…” (John 17:22-23). There is one body, one Spirit, one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all (Ephesians 4:4-6). Therefore, we declare before God that there is but one men’s ministry, and it belongs to God. We will have no agenda but God; and no agenda but God’s. We will seek to become one in fellowship and purpose, while remaining many parts in practice (1 Corinthians 12).
Mission
We affirm that the Scriptures command us to make disciples of all people by reaching them with a credible offer of the gospel, exhorting them to pursue a love for and knowledge of God, teaching them to obey everything Christ commanded, and equipping them for spiritual service in the home, church, workplace, and community. Therefore, we will seek to do together what none of us could do alone to reach the men of America. We will each endeavor to develop and coordinate our plans and strategies to “point all the arrows in the same direction” so that what we do together will be greater than what any of us could do alone.
Servant Leadership
We commit to and accept the mandate for servant leadership given by Jesus Christ in Matthew 20:24-28, and in Luke 22:24-30. It is clear that only by committing to and living out the model of Jesus Christ will we be able to live the values of brotherhood, unity and mission. Jesus never sought to lord over another and demonstrated that the first qualification of leadership begins with serving. Servant leadership allows us to trust the Christ that we see in others and begin to live in brotherhood. As can be seen in I Kings 12:1-9, servant leadership produces unity and it is unity that allows the mission of making disciples to be accomplished. We affirm that our appreciation for and response to the mandate for servant leadership is foundational to our ability to commit to the values of brotherhood, unity and mission.
