CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
Should you need to cancel your registration, you must mail or fax a written request or call 425-284-2541, noting which option you prefer: 1) Refund of fees (less $45 per person cancellation fee) by February 12, 2007. 2) For a fee of $45 per person, transfer registration to a future conference within one year by March 12, 2007. 3) At no charge, change the name of a registrant to another individual from your ministry to attend in your place. Registrations cannot be split between two people and are not transferable to other ministries or organizations.
