Membership in the National Coalition of Men's Ministries, at all levels, shall be open to any Christian parachurch/servant ministry or denominational ministry that seeks to minister to the issues and/or needs of men and has an interstate and/or intrastate focus and impact.

The first step toward membership is completion of the Application for Membership. Submission of the completed application implies agreement with the NCMM Relationship Agreement, as defined with the current application. The Relationship Agreement delineates the mission, vision statement, key strategy, and values of the NCMM.

Applications should be accompanied by documentation of the organization's Board of Directors or comparable body of governance and accountability. This documentation could include minutes of the most recent annual meeting. Brochures and publicity materials stating the purpose / mission statement of the organization and demonstrating its history are helpful. Applications should also include clarification of the organization's status as for-profit or non-profit, via supporting documents such as 501(c)(3) certification and articles of incorporation.

Applications will be sent to the steering committee prior to the monthly meetings (held 2nd Thursday of each month), A majority vote for approval will confirm acceptance.

A cooperating ministry shall be defined as a member that (1) participates regularly in the programs and ministries of the NCMM; (2) utilizes NCMM and/or member resources; and (3) supports the mission of the NCMM with annual contributions.

Membership is open-ended in duration, is voluntary, and may be withdrawn at any time via written request. The Steering Committee will be provided an annual report of members in changed relationship with the NCMM, indicating which members' status has changed due to closure, merger, departure, or other change. Non-payment of annual contribution over a period of one year shall indicate a desire for removal.

Membership in the NCMM does not imply blanket endorsement of either the NCMM by the member, or vice versa. Membership does confirm mutual acceptance of the Relationship Agreement.
