God’s plan is for all men to walk faithfully with Jesus and lead well. We must first master ourselves then work outward to impact and influence others and advance the Kingdom as a friend, co-worker, boss, husband, father, coach, elder, etc. Men should be strategically engaged, equipped and encouraged for this work through the local church.
