Forty-five NCMM members contributed a chapter each to the book. If you are one of the 45, Jamie Swan, Director of Sales and Customer Service for Broadstreet Publishing, is expecting an email from you. I encourage you to send him a note right now, while it’s top of mind.<\/p>\n

When he gets your short note, he will send you a one-page account application. Fill it out ASAP and that will give Broadstreet all the info on where to send books and how to collect payment.<\/p>\n

The book should be in the warehouse by August 1. Which means you should receive copies by August 15. Official book release is September 1. If you have an event in August, let Jamie know and he will expedite books to you as needed.<\/p>\n

Just a reminder. You have committed to buying 100 books at $5\/each. The book retails for $14.99.  You can sell them for any amount. Or give them away. Until further notice, you can get additional copies for $5 (in case quantities). You don’t have to pay tax.  But you do have to cover shipping.<\/p>\n
