Born To Be Brave is a 2.5-hour live event for fathers/father figures and sons started in 2017. It’s sister ministry, Secret Keeper Girl/True Girl, founded by authors Bob and Dannah Gresh in 2004, has provided connecting books, events, and resources for nearly 2,000,000 people globally. Over 250,000 moms and daughters have attended live shows around the world with more than 10,000 girls choosing to follow Christ.

Born to Be Brave sprung out of that ministry and arms fathers with practical, biblical tools to walk with the confidence that God has a special plan for them to be even better dads.

We focus on the biblical call to be men after God’s own heart– to “do the next right thing.” Since Proverbs says “the righteous are as brave as lions” we know that sometimes the guy selling hot dogs in the stadium exemplifies true manhood more than the winning quarterback on the field.

Our books, adventures, and live events support that call by helping men connect with their sons in fun, meaningful, and biblical ways and moving them from being an active father, to one that is strategically leading their son to authentic manhood. Born to Be Brave events and resources help you grow closer to each other and closer to Jesus.
