If you chose Element Dallas Love Field as your lodging option, they do provide complimentary shuttle service to and from Dallas Love Field Airport.  All other transportation to DFW and the conference at Gateway church is on your own.  There will likely be car pool options available at each of the hotels with other conference attendees.

Registration opens at 10:00 AM in the church lobby.

If you are a sponsor and are bringing materials to distribute, look for the tabletop area in the lobby at the church. Set-up time is between 9:00 and 10:00 AM on Tuesday.

Feel free to bring your luggage to the conference as needed.  We will have a secure area for you to store it.

Your conference registration includes an on-site lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.  We will also have complimentary coffee, water, and snacks thought-out the event.
