21 years serving as Discipleship Pastor overseeing men’s ministry at a 3,000+ attendee church, have spoken at a number of Iron Sharpens Iron conference and many, many men’s retreats and conferences.

Recently retired Pastor who is capable of serving as a catalyst for men and men’s ministries seeking to grow deeper in their walk with God and fulfilling their biblical roles as men.
Residing in Northern Virginia, Tom and Deshua Joyce have been married for 42 years, have four married children and eight grandchildren.
