I’ve taught in Men’s Base Camp at Abundant Life Church in Lee’s Summit, MO for past 2 years; keynote speaker for multiple churches ranging from San Diego, CA (marriage conference) to KC Metro (men’s breakfasts, conferences, etc) over the past 20 years. I’ve host a radio show (Breakin’ the Norm) for 16 years, hosted “The Watching World” podcast at Abundant Life for 3 years, and currently host “The Well” podcast at Abundant Life.

“Breakin’ the Norm” is a ministry designed to help men fulfill God’s calling on their lives in marriage, family, work, and sphere of influence. As a former Olympic/MLB player, I’ve learned what it’s like to reach the pinnacle of athletic success-yet still struggle with the wounds left by an abusive, alcoholic father. Divorce, pornography, addiction, fear, and lack of self-worth are just a few of the difficulties men face in life, and Satan will stop at nothing to keep them there. It’s time for men to not only heal, but discover the life God has planned for them-the Abundant Life-and step into the man and leader they’re called to be!
