Chris spent ten years as a teacher and fifteen years as a sales and marketing executive in the paper and packaging industry before being called to serve as the National Director of Men’s Ministries for the Evangelical Free Church of America. While there, he founded Men With a Purpose, a church coaching and consulting ministry.
Chris co-authored Seven Keys to a Highly Successful Ministry to Men for local church men’s leaders. He is a founding member of the National Coalition of Ministry to Men and has served on the executive leadership team of that organization for several years. He served as an Area Director for Man in the Man in the Mirror Ministries and is now an ambassador for No Regrets Men’s Ministry.
Chris and his wife Shelli have three grown children and three grandchildren. They recently settled in Crossville, TN. Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, sailing, and leading men in small group and one-on-one discipling contexts. His real passion though, is helping to lead a disciple making men’s movement across America
