My resume will reveal that I have had a full life of experiences. I have a BA in Elementary Educations, taught in the public school for 10 years, sold paper and packaging materials and equipment for 15 years, served as National Men’s Ministries Director for the Evangelical Free Church of America for 10 years, founded Men With a Purpose ministry, served as an Area Director for Man in the Mirror ministries, served on the staff of Elmbrook Church in Brookfield, WI, and currently serve as Leadership Specialist with No Regrets Men’s Ministry. My wife, Shelli and I have been married for more than 50 years and we have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. We love outdoor activities and we live in Crossville, TN.

Chris is passionate about the crucial need for men’s discipleship in the local church. He believes you have the family when you get the man. He loves to coach pastors and church leaders as they strengthen their ministries to men. He also loves interacting with godly men in all aspects of life including marriage, fathering, work, and play.

Chris has had the opportunity to work with thousands of churches over more than 20 years of ministry, helping them in the area of men’s discipleship. He is more of a trainer and coach than a motivational speaker. However, he has plenty of practical experience speaking at men’s retreats, breakfasts, and leading medium-sized events.
