A core focus of Matthew’s ministry is helping men solve deep-seated challenges, particularly providing a clear path forward to navigate and heal the strain between sons and their fathers (Father Wounds).
With approximately 5 years of diverse speaking experience, including 2 years focused specifically on men’s ministry, Matthew has spoken at notable events such as Beartooth Christian Camp’s Man Up Men’s Retreat in Fishtail, Montana, Greenwood Baptist Church’s Annual Men’s Dinner in Weatherford, Texas, and Christ Church’s Third Thursday Eats Men’s Event in Oak Brook, Illinois. His speaking topics cover a wide range of vital areas, including vulnerability, navigating difficult conversations, connecting with children, balancing work and family, leading family prayer and scripture discussions at home, and building an “Iron Circle” of accountability and growth among men.
Matthew lives in Southeastern Wisconsin with his wife, Stacy. Outside of his ministry work, he and Stacy enjoy hiking, pickleball, and traveling. Matthew is also an avid snorkeler who has explored underwater reefs around the globe, from the Great Barrier Reef of Australia to the Cayes of Belize, Jamaica, the Hawaiian Islands, and Raja Ampat, Indonesia.
