Too many men live unaware of this divine empowerment—stuck, silent, and spiritually passive. I challenge men to reject passivity, embrace responsibility, and pursue a real relationship with Jesus Christ. Using biblical truth, raw transparency, and Spirit-led coaching, I call men to rise, rebuild, and represent Christ in every area of life. This isn’t hype—it’s about healing, holiness, and walking in authority. We don’t just motivate men—we disciple them to become Kingdom leaders.

I bring 10+ years of speaking and coaching in men’s ministry. Since relaunching ELITE Men’s Ministry in 2014, I’ve spoken consistently at church events and conferences focused on spiritual empowerment, leadership, and discipleship. Highlights include:

Word of Life Christian Center (2014–present): As part of revitalizing the men’s ministry there, I’ve led quarterly teaching sessions, adult bible classes, mid-week bible classes weekend retreats, and discipleship groups—impacting hundreds of men annually.

Additionally, I’ve presented at local men’s breakfasts, corporate retreats, and community summits—each time emphasizing accountability, transparency, and walking out faith both at home and in the marketplace.

Elite Men’s Ministry (E.L.I.T.E.—Enriching Lives Into Eternity) exists to teach, equip, mentor, disciple, and raise up men to embrace and fulfill their God-given roles in the Kingdom. Rooted in the story f Gideon in Judges chapter 6 and 7 and inspired by the “300: An ELITE Fighting Force” sermon by Dr. Tim Bagwell, Sr. Pastor, our ministry aims to develop and mobilize men to live with purpose, spiritual responsibility, and Kingdom impact.
We provide intentional fellowship, discipleship, and leadership development through Bible-based teaching, Spirit-led coaching, retreats, community outreach, and various men’s events. Our vision is for men to walk in integrity, healing, authority, and influence—in their families, churches, workplaces, and beyond
